With confidence, you should be able to plan and undertake longer coastal passages during daylight hours, with full understanding of safe passage planning and execution.
Opportunities
The ability to undertake the Day Skipper practical course. Also with sufficient sea time and miles go for an examination to obtain an MCA commercial license valid for use on many types of passenger carrying and other commercial vessels operating under MCA codes of practise to work in the marine industry mainly during daylight hours. The Day Skipper practical certificate can be converted into and International certificate of Competence (ICC).
