We understand things come up and our simple and fair cancellation policy reflects this.
21 DAYS
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the scheduled booking will be offered a 75% refund or at least one alternative date to rebook.*
*Alternative booking date will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled booking will be offered a 50% refund or at least one alternative date to rebook.*

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled booking will be offered a 35% refund or at least one alternative date to rebook.*

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking will not be offered a refund, or an alternative date.

If we cancel
If we have to cancel the booking due to circumstances outwith our control we will offer you a 100% refund + booking fees, or the option to rebook.
